Terms of service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of infroad. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use infroad on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. Roles (exporter, influencer, office, admin) determine which features you may use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, fail KYC, or present a security risk.
Campaigns, contracts, and escrow
Campaign briefs, proposals, digital contracts, and escrow are binding workflow records on the platform. Signing a contract records your identity, timestamp, and IP address. Funds placed in escrow are held according to the collaboration and contract terms until release, partial release, refund, or dispute resolution. infroad is not a bank; payout timing depends on gateway and compliance checks.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, including fraud, fake engagement, unauthorized access, scraping that degrades the service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or circumventing KYC or escrow. You grant infroad a limited license to host and display content you upload as needed to operate campaigns and portfolios.
Disputes, liability, and governing rules
Collaboration disputes follow the in-app dispute process and office review where applicable. The platform is provided as-is for commercial use; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or creator/brand outcomes beyond fees paid to infroad for the affected transaction, except where liability cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the infroad entity serving your country of registration.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires additional consent. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request account closure.
