infroad is an influencer marketing platform that connects exporters (brands) with influencers (creators). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise. It applies to the website, authenticated app, and related BFF APIs operated by infroad.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (name, email, username, country, role), profile and portfolio content, campaign and collaboration records, contract signatures (including IP address recorded at sign time), wallet and escrow transaction metadata, KYC documents you upload, notifications, and technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and correlation IDs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, run campaigns and matching, generate and sign digital contracts, hold and release escrow, process disputes, send in-app notifications, review KYC, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. Analytics, if enabled, are limited to operational metrics.
Legal bases and sharing
We process data to perform the contract you enter by creating an account, to comply with legal obligations (including KYC and financial record-keeping), and where needed for legitimate interests such as security and dispute resolution. We share data with the other party to a collaboration when required for that workflow, with regional offices for KYC/task review, and with infrastructure processors (hosting, email, object storage) under written terms.
Retention, security, and your rights
Session tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies, not in localStorage. Access tokens expire; refresh tokens last up to 30 days unless you sign out. Contract, escrow, and KYC records are retained for the period required by applicable law and platform audit needs. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data through the platform or by contacting support, subject to records we must keep for legal or dispute reasons. We apply encryption in transit, role-based access, and security headers including Content-Security-Policy.
